Get Support
What You Get
A clear, practical toolkit you can use immediately — and keep using as your child grows.
In the moment
In the Moment Tools
You get a repeatable way to respond when things escalate, so you stop guessing in the moment. These are short tools for the exact situations that usually trigger shouting, threats, shutdown, or regret. You learn what to say to validate without giving in, how to set a limit in plain language, and how to follow through with calm authority. You also learn what to do when your child refuses, argues, melts down, or becomes aggressive, including safety first steps and de escalation sequences. Just as important, you learn how to steady yourself quickly, so you can lead even when you are tired, triggered, or under pressure. The goal is fewer words, clearer boundaries, faster recovery, and a relationship that stays close.
Routines
Routines and Systems
You get simple routines that reduce friction and make cooperation easier to sustain. We focus on the pressure points that drain families, mornings, transitions, screens, homework, bedtime, and public outings. You learn how to set predictable sequences, tighten expectations, and use structure that supports real child development. Systems also include how you give instructions, how you handle resistance, and how to stop turning every issue into a consequence. Over time, you build a consistent house style for boundaries, responsibility, and repair, so children get one clear message, even when multiple adults are involved.
Templates
Templates and Visuals
You receive ready to use templates you can adapt to your child and your culture. Limit scripts and follow through phrases. A boundary ladder for what to say and do as behaviour escalates. Repair scripts for apologising, reconnecting, and resetting the limit. Calm down plans for parent and child. Routine templates for screens, bedtime, and respectful communication. Chores and responsibility guides by age. Body safety and consent language by age, plus simple role play prompts. Where helpful, you also get visuals, charts, and plain language agreements that make consistency easier for everyone.
Support Formats
Choose the right format for you
Workshops teach the method in a clear structure, with live teaching, real examples, and Q and A. You also receive The Pause Book, a guided companion you complete during the session, so you leave with your scripts, your limits, and a seven day implementation plan already written. 1 to 1 coaching is private and tailored, with a focused assessment, personalised scripts, a weekly plan, caregiver alignment, and troubleshooting as you practise. Talks and seminars support schools, workplaces, and faith based or community groups with practical training, shared language, and tools adapted to your setting.
