1 to 1 Coaching
Private coaching is for parents who want focused, confidential support and fast clarity on what to do next. We work with your real moments, your child’s patterns, your triggers, and the dynamics in your home. You leave each session with specific scripts, a clear plan for the week, and simple adjustments that reduce friction immediately. Coaching is tailored, practical, and steady. It helps you hold firm boundaries without losing your temper, repair quickly when things go wrong, and build a calmer rhythm at home that actually lasts.

Outcomes
- Fast clarity on what is driving the pattern and what to change first.
- A simple weekly plan you can follow, even when you are tired.
- Personalised scripts for limits, follow through, and repair, matched to your child’s age and temperament.
- Fewer power struggles through calm authority and boundaries that hold.
- Faster de escalation in meltdowns, defiance, or aggression, with safety and connection protected.
- Smoother routines for mornings, transitions, screens, homework, and bedtime.
- More confidence and consistency, with less guilt after hard moments, and a relationship that stays close.
What is included
You start with a focused assessment of what is happening in your home. We map your highest stress moments, what tends to trigger escalation, what you currently do in response, and what your child learns from that cycle. We look at the needs underneath the behaviour, the missing skills, and the practical friction points in your day to day, so we can choose the right starting point.
You then get a clear plan built around your family. That includes simple, repeatable scripts for limits, cooperation, and repair, plus specific strategies for meltdowns, defiance, aggression, and transitions. We design routine upgrades for mornings, bedtime, screens, homework, and public outings, so you rely less on reminders, bargaining, or threats. You also get guidance on confidence building language, validation that does not remove boundaries, and safety boundary conversations when relevant.
If other caregivers are involved, a partner, grandparents, or childcare, we create an alignment plan. You get shared language, non negotiable house rules, and a follow through approach that reduces mixed messages. Between sessions, you have light accountability and troubleshooting based on what actually happened, so the plan stays realistic and effective.
Who it is for
1 to 1 coaching is for parents in busy, layered homes where the same issues keep repeating, even when you are trying hard. You may be managing multiple children, demanding schedules, or a child who escalates fast and stays stuck. You might be navigating anxiety, aggression, school stress, or constant negotiation. Often there are multiple caregivers involved, a partner with a different approach, grandparents who undermine you, or childcare and school sending mixed messages. You want confidential, tailored support that cuts through the noise, aligns the adults, and gives you a clear plan you can follow consistently, even under pressure.

How to apply
Begin with the short coaching application. It helps me understand your child’s age, the patterns you are dealing with, and what you want to change. I review every application and reply with next steps, either an invitation to book, or a recommendation for a better fit if coaching is not the right starting point. If we proceed, you will select your package, book your first session, and complete a brief pre session questionnaire. Come with two or three recent examples so we can move quickly from insight to specific scripts and a clear plan you can use immediately.
Boundaries
Coaching is a supportive, structured space with clear limits. I provide practical parenting guidance, scripts, and plans you can apply at home, and I hold you to the actions you choose. I do not provide therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, or crisis support. I do not mediate legal disputes or custody issues. If there are safeguarding concerns or immediate risk of harm, contact local emergency or health services. Coaching can still support your parenting alongside professional care where needed.
Next step
If you want tailored support and fast clarity, start with the coaching application. I will review it and reply with next steps. If we are a fit, you will be invited to book your first session and begin with a clear plan, scripts, and follow through you can use immediately.
